Shipping Policy:
After we have received and processed your payment in full, your package will be shipped out within 3 business days. We take extra precautions to ensure your package is delivered safely and with no damage to it; however, we cannot guarantee that it will arrive in perfect condition due to the Postal Service handling. Once the package has been delivered by the shipping carrier, the risk of damage or loss of the item is the responsibility of the recipient.
Standard shipping: Expect the package within 3-5 business days
Pure Gleaux does not take responsibility for stolen packages once they have been labeled "Delivered" by the postal service.
Lost/Stolen Package:
Pure Gleaux is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have not received your items due to any circumstance, please contact USPS to file a lost/stolen package claim.
Refund Policy:
No returns or refunds are permitted for online orders. If you receive the wrong item, please email us at info.puregleaux@gmail.com
Include a photo of the wrong item UNOPENED we will then send you a shipping label to have the item(s) returned to us and the correct item will be sent within 3-5 business days.
Damaged Products: For items that arrive damaged, please send an email to info.puregleaux@gmail.com including a photo of the damaged product. Replacements are sent out immediately based on our discretion.
