Q: How do I know if my order has been placed?
- A: Upon completion of your order, a confirmation email with the details of your order will be sent. Please ensure your checkout process is complete with the correct email address until you reach the page containing your order number. Please note to check your spam folder
Q: HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
- A: Your order will process for 24-48 business hours. Once your order has shipped, an email will be sent to you containing tracking information. Additionally, allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update with USPS.
Q: WHAT IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED, BUT I DON'T HAVE MY ORDER?
- A: Please contact USPS to resolve the issue or file a claim. All packages are insured. PURE GLEAUX is not responsible for packages that have been delivered.
Q: I RECEIVED A DAMAGE ITEM. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
- A: In the rare event that the item you received is not in pristine condition, we deeply apologize. Please contact our team info.puregleaux@gmail.com with a photo of the damage before sending the product back. Our team will gladly assist you with reshipping the item out to you in a timely manner.
Q: IN WHAT ORDER DO I APPLY THE PRODUCTS?
- A: The order to apply the products are Cleanser, Toner, Serum, Cream.
Q: HOW MANY TIMES DO I NEED TO APPLY THE PRODUCTS?
- A: Apply once if you have light skin issues. For more problematic issues, we recommend twice a day.
Q: WHY IS MY FACE BREAKING OUT AFTER USING YOUR PRODUCT FOR THE FIRST TIME?
- A: It’s called “Purging”. Purging is a very common reaction. Do not be alarmed. Do not stop using the product. Purging is a detox of the skin, where it is pushing out all the stored toxins. The good news is that it's temporary.
Q: ONCE I GET THE RESULTS I DESIRED, CAN I STOP USING THE PRODUCTS?
- A: In order to keep your skin healthy and hydrated, we recommend for you to maintain it with the use of Pure Gleaux products.
